Welcome to the Director Laureate search for the 2012/2013 season of the CSSC!
CONTEST DEADLINE: September 30, 2012
We are looking to kickstart the next young up-and-coming director’s career by providing them an award winning script and a producing team to create an original and amazing short film from one of the top 3 CSSC scripts of the year.
In addition, much like the Writer Laureate on our award-wining Blog, the Director Laureate will have the opportunity to use our podium to showcase their work and find their audience for their big debut as a Director on one of the CSSC’s top three scripts!
The previous CSSC short films have screened at Cannes, CFC’s WSFF, and over a dozen other film festivals all over the world, taking in a dozen awards and nominations as well. We’d like you to be that next director to screen at Cannes with a CSSC short film.
